benefits of waking up early in the morning
Majority of
successful people in life wake up early in the morning. Take Bill Gates or
Abraham Lincoln, all of them woke up at 4 a.m. in the morning, be it any season
or the time of the year.
We all promise
ourselves to wake up early but we are not able to do. So, today we discuss
about the benefits and tips so that we can wake up early in the morning, as
early as 4 a.m.

· Fresher mind
We all recover and recharge
our bodies while we sleep, this is why athletes take sleep very seriously. When
you wake up early, you are at your best potential, both physically and
mentally. I have listened many people saying we are more of a night time
person, it is bullshit, as you are completely tired because of the activities
you did throughout the day. Your concentration is also not at its best.
· Proper work environment
The silence and the cool
surrounding helps us focus in our work wholeheartedly. There is not much
activity going around you, and the silence cannot be found at any other time of
the day.
· Stronger will power
As you fight with your
mind who says, “Just two more minutes.” You strengthen your will power. Will
power as strong as you make it and then you can apply it in any walk of life.
· Energetic throughout the day
As your body is
recharged, you are more focused. Also if you wake up early in the morning, you
will fill sleepy as early as 9 to 10 p.m. So, you won’t keep up till late and
mess up with the sleep cycles of the body.

It is obvious that if we
sleep early in the night, it will be easier to wake up early in the morning.
Many people are not able to sleep at night, there are many reasons behind it.
It can be because of our habits or medical condition. If it is because of a
medical condition, get it checked from a doctor.

· Locate the alarm device smartly
Majority of us set many
alarms and shut them all of in the morning. What we can do is that in whatever
device you set your alarm, keep it away from you so that you have to get up
from the bed which breaks your sleep. Also try keeping up lock pattern on the
screen so you have to focus on applying it and switching off the alarm.
· Drink water before you sleep
A very funny way to
follow but it does work, just drink moderate amount of water before you sleep
so that when you wake up you have to get up and go to the washroom.
