has just hit the health conscious population as the new fat burner in town. I t
has gained a lot of popularity as It has great fat burning and metabolic
properties. So, we decided to share a complete guide to green coffee.

part 2 of the guide where we cover dosage, supplementation and tips to maximize
its effects.
Dosage
People who orally take green coffee are likely to see no
results. What you should opt for, is the green coffee extract which is easily
available in supplement shops and websites. We can also opt for a chlorogenic
acid supplement as it is the main ingredient that aids weight loss. Whatever
supplement you consume, has a label for dosages, it is better we follow them
but start with a dosage a little less than the recommended dose so to control
side effects if any pop up. Just follow the instructions on the label.
Supplementation
Green coffee extracts available in the form of supplements
have good amount of chlorogenic acid and minimal amounts of caffeine also
minimizing the side effects. The supplements are available in capsules and
powder forms. We recommend the powder as it is quickly and easily digested and
metabolized. Also some of us are not able to digest the capsules to the
fullest.
Tips to maximize the effects of
green coffee extract:
·Drink enough water so that the
extracts are regularly circulated throughout the body and is effectively
metabolized.
· Have less sugars and fried foods so
that our body doesn’t turns the excess carbs into fats.
Also have a diet high in protein.
· Exercise
regularly, exercise and green coffee together could be the best fat burning
combination you need.
· Don’t
overdo the dosage, our body will only harm itself in that case.
