Keeping the
extra weight of this winter
Lost a good
amount of fat?
Got those
abs to finally show?
Feeling like
you have met your fitness goals?
If the
answers are yes, yes and YES, then people got bad news for you. Everyone
believes that you gain unwanted fat in winters and it is true because of slow
metabolism, less physical activity and the caloric dense seasonal foods.
Don’t worry,
we are here to discuss about the ways we can keep the unwanted fat of. You may
not look like the same as in summers but you surely can maintain the body fat.
Tip1 Adding
time to the cardio regimen
You can add
10 to 15 minutes of intense cardio to your cardio regimen. You can also switch
to HIIT type of cardio for better intensity. This would help us burn the extra
calories and fire up the metabolism.
We all want
to cuddle up in warm blankets with our loved ones in winters. But we have to
make efforts for our health and fitness. We have to find the motivation. Just
try to incorporate any physical activity you can throughout the day.

Way 2 Have
natural thermogenics
Coffee,
chilies, green tea and coffee are some very good metabolites. They promote fat
usage in our body and provide heat to our body.
Well, who doesn’t
like coffee, but now you have reason to drink it, just don’t overdo it.
You can also
try the supplements available in the market, if you can manage.
Way3 Stay
hydrated
Again, he is
back at water. Yes, I have to because hydration is crucial. In winters the wall
of the urinary bladders which stores urine contracts. So urination is quite
frequent. Also we don’t feel thirsty. So keep sipping water throughout the day
even when you don’t feel like so that the metabolism doesn’t slows down.
Way 4
Control the complex carbs
Complex or
high glycaemic carbs are the ones that take time to digest, so the digestive
system slows down. Some common examples are breads, pasta, and veggies. Prefer
eating them in the first half of the day and don’t over eat them.
Also prefer
foods that are light on the stomach such as eggs, oatmeal, salmon (white fish)
or whey protein.
