Protein Quickies
Introduction
We often
feel hungry and at times we have no solid food options near us to prepare a
balanced meal. This is the time when we
are forced to eat either packed or fast foods. This is a real pain in the neck
for fitness enthusiasts and athletes. Would you have that biscuit and say goodbye
to your abs or stay hungry? So, I have been working on some lean protein packed
dishes which can be prepared from very simple ingredients and takes no more
than 10 minutes to prepare.
All the
dishes uploaded will have the nutritional benefits you need and will completely
satisfy you hunger. The recipes will be posted with all the ingredients, steps
of preparation and the nutritional value to aid you. Best time to eat them and
pictures will be included.
Every first day of the month, a new recipe would be uploaded
on the blog.
