Eat Healthier Outside Your House
With changing times, obesity and consumption
of fast food has increased by manifolds but people are becoming more health conscious
and want to look good.

with hard-core fitness athletes is that they don’t hang out with family and
friends at the cafe because they cannot afford to eat deep fried foods. People
tend to stay away from them thinking of them as boring and self-centered.

boring, go out eat and hang out with your loved ones as you can eat healthy
outside.

the six tips you can follow to have a good whole meal outside the house.
Tip 1: Stay
away from fried foods
Honestly, I believe
that fried foods such as French fries and noodles must be served with a big,
circular ad red sign written with danger.
Believe me, Fried
foods drenched in artificial vegetable oils have absolutely no nutritional
value and are very bad for your digestive system.
So stay away
from fried foods such as chips, fried burgers and pizzas etc.
Tip 2: Opt
for south Indian foods
There is a
reason why south Indian people are so intelligent. The food they eat is full of
macro and micro nutrients. The base material is a mixture of rice and pulses
and fish is staple.
They are
getting the carbs from the rice and the protein from the fish and the pulses
and fats from the oil. This whole meal is the reason of their good health, physical
and mental condition.
Tip 3: No
carbonated drinks
Do you know what Ayurveda calls soft drinks,
they call it toilet cleaner. Yes, you heard it right. If you search on the
internet there are many videos showing people cleaning wash basins with soft
drinks and they look good as new.
Carbonated
drinks are just sugar mixed in soda. So, guys it is request please stay away
from the carbonated drinks. Prefer juices freshly made not those tetra packs.
Tip 4: No oil, no butter
Nowadays, in
order to be successful, cafe owners are listening to the demand if their customers.
So, if you ask the waiter that your dish is served with minimum oil and butter
they will listen and follow. So, you don’t have to sacrifice your diet.
Tip 5: Plan
ahead
Now, all the cafe have their menu uploaded on their website, you can check them and decide
which meal or dish suits your meal plan. Be smart and plan ahead.
Tip 6: Eat
more, eat less
Before leaving for the venue, have meal with
dense fatty acids such as whole eggs or almonds. This fills your stomach to
such an extent that you don’t over eat the delicious looking dishes. This is a simple
trick which will give you control over your appetite.
