The 100 Rep Workout
Nowadays, we
all are busy and have no time for personal health and fitness. You got to
submit that report/home assignment tomorrow, the terms are on head. In such a busy
schedule, fitness hits the reverse gear. But a healthy body will let you give
your best at everything.
So, here we
are with the 100 rep workout which requires no equipment and you perform 10
exercises for 10 reps each. Perform the exercises for 3 to 4 rounds depending
on your fitness level.
Perform a
warm up routine by going up and down the stairs or spot jogging. You can take 1
-2 minutes rest between exercises and 3-4 minutes rest between rounds but try
to take the minimum rest possible.
The Workout
1. Push ups
2. Crunches
3. Squats
4. Burpees
5. Cliff hanger pull ups
6. Lunge jumps
7. Crunches
8. Push ups
9. Leg raises
